MAAREF UNIVERSITY PRESS
Open Access
Open access publications are available to read and download without a purchase when the final files have been released. The specific license, copyright holder and available formats are shown on the book or chapter page. Readers should consult that license before copying, adapting or redistributing the work. A forthcoming title marked for planned open access is not a released edition.
Any publication fee, institutional funding, waiver, sponsorship or service charge must be disclosed in a written project agreement before the author commits to publication. Editorial assessment and peer review are independent of payment. The Press will not infer a zero fee or an obligation to pay when no project-specific agreement has been signed. Funding and conflict disclosures appear in the publication metadata where applicable.
For paid books or chapters, the price and available format appear before checkout. Digital access follows verified payment, and the customer receives an order reference. Institutional purchasing, inspection copies and access questions can be sent through Libraries and Institutional Services.
